The Core AI Engine: "Learning"

Everything starts here. When you save a Node, the AI begins its Learning process.

  • Automated Processing: The AI scans text, transcribes audio and performs OCR on images.

  • Semantic Indexing: It doesn't just look for keywords; it maps the meaning of the content into a high-dimensional space (Vector Embeddings).

  • AI Status: You can track this progress in the AI Status tab of any Node. Once "Learned", the Node becomes part of your active Knowledge Base.

  • Chat Search: Ask natural language questions about your files.

  • Grounded Answers: The AI only uses your data to respond, preventing hallucinations and ensuring accuracy.

2. Similar Nodes & Recommendations

The AI helps you discover relationships you might have missed.

  • Semantic Similarity: Every Node has a Similar Nodes tab, showing other items in your brain with an 88% or higher contextual match.

  • Lightning Recommendations (⚡️): The AI suggests relating a Node to specific People, Companies or Places it detected within the text.

3. AI-Populated Properties

Say goodbye to manual data entry.

  • Automatic Extraction: You can configure Properties (like "Total Amount", "Expiry Date" or "Client Name") to be AI-Populated. The AI will find this specific data within your documents and fill the fields for you.

4. Audio Transcription & YouTube Analysis

  • Speech-to-Text: Upload a voice note or video file, and the AI generates a full, searchable transcription.

  • YouTube Intelligence: Paste a YouTube link, and the AI transcribes the video content, allowing you to "query" a video as if it were a document.

5. OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

  • Visual Reading: The AI "reads" text inside images, screenshots and scanned PDFs, making them fully searchable and allowing the Assistant to reference them in chats.
