Integration Cooldown

To ensure system stability and comply with the rate limits of third-party providers, certain Integrations in myReach have "cooldown" periods. This is a mandatory waiting time between consecutive syncs or imports from the same tool.

If you attempt to trigger an integration while a cooldown is active, a notification will appear informing you of the exact time remaining before you can proceed.

Active Cooldown Periods

The following tools currently have specific cooldown durations:

  • Google Drive: 1-hour cooldown between syncs.

  • SharePoint: 1-hour cooldown between syncs.

  • Sitemap Imports: 24-hour cooldown between crawls.

How to Resolve

If you try to do another integration of the same tool before the cooldown period ends, a popup message will appear informing you about the remaining cooldown period.

  1. Wait: In most cases, you simply need to wait for the cooldown timer to expire.

  2. Check for Success: Verify if the initial integration was successful. Often, users try to re-integrate because they do not see their files immediately, but the AI may simply still be Learning the data.

  3. Manual Re-attempt: Once the cooldown period has ended, you can re-initiate the integration through the Settings menu.
