Issue accessing myReach¶
If you are having trouble logging in or opening the myReach app, please follow the steps below based on your specific scenario.
If you forgot your password¶
You can reset your password at any time via the login screen.
-
Navigate to Login: Go to the myReach login page in your web browser.
-
Request Reset: Click on "Forgot your password?" below the login fields.
-
Enter Email: Provide the email address associated with your account and click "Reset password".
-
Check Your Inbox: We will send a secure link to your email. Click the link, enter your new password and click "Save new password".
If you lost access to your email¶
If you no longer have access to the email address used to create your myReach account, you will be unable to receive password reset links. In this case, please contact our support team at contact@rea.ch for manual verification and account recovery.
Maintenance & Version Issues¶
-
"We are updating myReach": If you see this message, it means we are currently deploying a new release with improvements and features. Please wait a few minutes and try again. We usually send an email notification once the maintenance is complete.
-
"Sorry, this version is outdated": This occurs when your current app version is no longer supported. Click the "Update" button to be redirected to the App Store or Google Play Store to download the latest version.
Connectivity & App Issues¶
If you are still unable to access the app after trying the steps above, try these common fixes:
-
Check Your Network: Disable any active VPNs, firewalls or strict security software that may be blocking the connection to our servers.
-
Switch Platforms: If the Mobile App is not responding, try logging in via your desktop web browser to see if the issue is device-specific.
-
Clear Cache: Sometimes outdated browser data can cause login loops. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or opening myReach in an Incognito/Private window.
Pro Tip¶
Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Unlike a local file explorer, myReach requires a connection to sync with your "digital brain" and process AI queries in real-time.
